How to overcome inferiority complex – 2?
25 to 30% of people are suffering from inferiority complex and the main thing is they feel hesitant to start any work out of fear, thinking that others might think in another way. Often they feel shyness and dejected, degrade themselves and do not enjoy their rights even at the minimum level. Behavior of people with Inferiority complex: 1. They hesitate to speak out of fear that other might misunderstand them, even though they got conversational skills. 2. They get their hair-cutting neatly, but still feel shyness and often wear hat to cover their heads, thinking that others might laugh at them. 3. They take it very easily even when the newly acquainted persons also dare to crack jokes against them (they don’t protest). 4. Thinking that the other persons’ status and their thinking power are below your level and dignity. 2. Here the psychologist, by talking to the patient, the root causes of his mental ills can be found out. Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive behaviors (compulsions). It is the common personality disorder. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Symptoms: Intrusive thoughts that lead the patient to perform repetitive rituals that interfere with daily living 1. Obsession: Same thoughts occur repeatedly and more over they are meaningless thoughts, he could not prevent them from recurring. So the person is in obsession and he is fully involved in them. 2. Compulsion: Anything or work is being done repeatedly by him. It is called repletion. The different types are as follows: 1. Obsession of contamination: Washing of hands, legs or taking bath number of times. 2. Obsession of doubt: The person locks the door. Then he repeatedly pulls the lock whether it is locked or not, before leaving the house, to clear his doubt. 3. Obsession of stow: 4.
