 Stress is the most common cause for most of the modern diseases. Lack of time management is the major reason for increased stress in the life. Stress Management Tips:1. Major reason for stress is lack of planning in everyday life.Give priority to important things. 2. Try to spend some time with family and friends. 3. Take diet in specific time. Reduce spicy and non vegetarian diet. 4. sleep before 10 PM. Wakeup around 5 AM. 5. Walk atleast 45 minutes in the garden or any open area in the early morning. 6.
