How to avoid depression and suicide tendency

 Secretions, serotonin and nor-epinephrine are neuro-transmitters, which carry sensual signals through the nerves in the brain. If there is a drop in their level in the brain, person goes into Depression. Usually, every person feels depression -that is natural and also beneficial to the humans. But every person must make auto –suggestions and try to correct them, if he had done any mistakes in the past. Automatically, he is relieved from depression. It is normally done by many. Depression may be caused by: 1. Loss in business 2. Loss of friends 3. Fail in examinations etc.  In such cases, the depression may be severe and the person remains continuously in that condition and not able to recover himself. He is not moving with any body and spends time.  In lonely conditions, he never takes food properly and he is in habit of drugs and alcohol. Ultimately he comes to the conclusion that “committing suicide is the only solution for his troubles”. So he is in such a hopeless condition at the time of committing suicide. Remedy: His family members or his friends must carefully observe the depressed person and must take him to a psychiatrist, with out loss of time for counseling and treatments with drugs. Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)

 Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, OCD, is an anxiety disorder and is characterized by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and/or repetitive behaviors (compulsions). It is the common personality disorder. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Symptoms: Intrusive thoughts that lead the patient to perform repetitive rituals that interfere with daily living 1. Obsession: Same thoughts occur repeatedly and more over they are meaningless thoughts, he could not prevent them from recurring. So the person is in obsession and he is fully involved in them. 2. Compulsion: Anything or work is being done repeatedly by him. It is called repletion. The different types are as follows: 1. Obsession of contamination: Washing of hands, legs or taking bath number of times. 2. Obsession of doubt: The person locks the door. Then he repeatedly pulls the lock whether it is locked or not, before leaving the house, to clear his doubt. 3. Obsession of stow: 4. Sexual obsessions: In these persons the sexual thoughts are totally perverted. They develop sexual desire on person they see. They cannot tell to others about these uncontrolling thoughts and feel guilty consciousness.
