3. Increase in the production of “Immunoglobulin-A and also Immunoglobulin-B. That is concerned with respiratory related diseases.

As per the researcher, Dr. Pal McGhee, after doing 22 years of research, he confidently revealed that B.P decreases by 10-20 m.m of pressure after ten minutes of laughing. He also said laughing is a good exercise for lungs also.

Professor Dr.Michael Millar of university of Maryland Medical centre claims the speed in blood circulation increases by22%.The problem of occurring heart ailments is 40% more in non-laughing personnel, when compared to laughing persons.

Professor Swenswebaak of Norwegian University of Science and Technology after thorough observations found, the life span of cancer patients having more sense of humor is increased in many folds when compared with the persons without that sense of humor.

 

 

7. Problem of headache:

 

 

When you laugh heart fully, the brain releases “Encephalin”, the natural pain relieving chemical whose action lasts for two hours. So whenever you face the problem of headache, don’t take tablet at once, instead go to a comedy movies of Charley Chaplin or Tom and Jerry, etcetera.

 

 

8. Calories consumption, thereby reducing our body weight.

 

 

If you laugh for 15 minutes, 50 calories will be utilized by the body and helps as an exercise in reducing body-weight. Laughing is compared to enjoying a happy and comfortable life.
