How to overcome inferiority complex – 2?

 25 to 30% of people are suffering from inferiority complex and the main thing is they feel hesitant to start any work out of fear, thinking that others might think in another way. Often they feel shyness and dejected, degrade themselves and do not enjoy their rights even at the minimum level.  Behavior of people with Inferiority complex: 1. They hesitate to speak out of fear that other might misunderstand them, even though they got conversational skills. 2. They get their hair-cutting neatly, but still feel shyness and often wear hat to cover their heads, thinking that others might laugh at them. 3. They take it very easily even when the newly acquainted persons also dare to crack jokes against them (they don’t protest). 4. They eat calmly the dish supplied in a hotel even if it is stale, because they think that server might feel offended if they make any adverse comments against the preparation. 5. They eat beyond their limits and suffer from stomach upset whenever they go out for any dinner under obligation. 6. They lend their important books, articles, etc. to friends for few days under obligation and feel tension, until they are returned. 7. They fall an easy prey to realtors and fake financial institutions, become members and burn their fingers. 8. They drink (alcohol) and eat items of junk foods in parties, much against their wish, out of obligation. 9. They go out to stand even near a lavatory being unable to withstand smell of smoking from a co-passenger in a railway compartment, instead openly objecting to the smoking. 10.
