The most important thing here is with what sort of thoughts, our noble mind is filled with, whether with positive thoughts or negative thoughts? No other person, except yourself, would be able to read exactly what is in your mind.
Although, people may not be able to tell you exactly what you think, they will more or less have an idea about your feelings. Thoughts are very powerful and affect your general attitude, which in turn not only reflects on your appearance but also affect people around you.
The attitude may be positive or negative.
Positive thoughts have a filling effect and admittedly invigorating and the people around the person carrying positive thoughts are usually energized by this type of attitude.
Negative thought on the other hand have a sapping effect on other people and make you look gloom, sad and can turn a festive gathering into a funeral wake.
Positive thoughts attract people, whereas negative thoughts repel them. Attitude is nothing but the way of looking at the world by any person. But if you choose to focus on the negative things in the world, more or less you develop a negative attitude. Hence choose to focus on positive things, so that you carry on a positive attitude.

Now a days, it is very difficult to have a positive attitude and to feature healthy features, as the atmosphere around us and also the media feeding us nothing but full of programmes filled with negative thoughts and incidents mainly.
It is reported in a study that for every fourteen things, a parent says to his or child, only one is positive and the remaining thirteen are negative things. This is truly a saddening affair.

2. See funny and comedy movies mainly
3. Play often with children
4. Spend some time telling jokes to friends
