1. Family is crucial in one’s happiness. Allocate sufficient time to the family members. Take care of your self.

 

2. Forget bad incidents in your life. They will ruin your physical and mental wellbeing.

 

3. Be positive and trust your abilities. Unless you trust yourself, nobody will trust you.

 

4. Express gratitude to the people through phone/mail.
