 We come across two types of personalities generally. They are winners and losers The differences between the winners and losers: 1. The winner: is always the part of the answer.    The loser: is always the part of the problem. 2. The winner: has always a programme.    The loser: always has an excuse. 3. The winner: says; let me do it for you.    The loser: says it is not my job. 4. The winner: sees an answer for every problem.    The loser: sees a problem for every answer. 5. 8 Causes for unhappiness in life

 Why some people are always unhappy while others face same problems with smile on their face. Cicero, a famous philosopher and statesman of yesteryears (2000B.c) belonging to Italy (Rome), enumerated the following causes for unhappiness, which holds well for ever.   8 weaknesses in the personality of unhappy people: 1. Dominating mentality:Human in-born trait (may be weakness) is by suppressing others, we may achieve our goals and personally be benefitted. It is a wrong notion and of selfishness in nature. This type of thinking is merely an illusion and also we are building castles in air. 2. Un-necessarily worrying about the things or situations which we can’t change. It is a waste of time and energy also. 3. In-accurate estimation of our strengths and weaknesses and at certain times facing heavy losses during our career. 4.Many a time giving importance and evincing keen interest in petty things, which are of no use to us in any way. 5. Never trying sincerely to improve our mental power and not gaining maturity. 6. Always be under the impression that our views are only genuine and factual and also wishing that others also should give their consent to our beliefs. 7. Meditation: Techniques and Health benefits

 The human -body is a God’s given gift to us and also a wonderful creation in the entire universe. This body is and will be with us from birth to till we leave this mundane world. Our body is highly active both during our child-hood and in our youth-times, but becomes somewhat lazy in the adult-stage of life and becomes very dull in the old-age. Moreover, there is a very close-relationship between our body and our mind. Our present life is highly hectic and always with busy schedules from 6 am to mid-night 12pm, with full of mental tension and without rest and recreation.
