17 ways to be happy and enjoy life

 

Everybody likes to see an enthusiastic person with a laughing face. Laugh is a foundation stone of one’s future life.

 

The following 17 points help us in keeping us happy.

 

1. Utilize the leisure time by spending in the gardens, in green fields or in parks.

 

2. Spare sometime to spend with your family members.


3. Take meals at least once a day with family members.

 

4. Often and on see the old albums and videos which bring sweet memories and happiness.

 

5. Never miss an opportunity to attend functions of closed ones.

 

6. Have aquariums, pet dogs, bird cages in your home.


7. Regularly visit new places along with family members and friends.

 

8. Never postpone any thing to future date.

 

9. Do exercise daily for 30-45 minutes.


10. Have body and hair massages at least once a week.

 

11. Do meditation daily.


12. Try to participate in spiritual programmes. Visit religious places. The serene atmosphere at those holy places gives unexplainable joy and peace.

 

13. Control your emotions and try to keep your coolness in crisis situations. The adage is “one who control himself can control others”.

 

14. Recreation (singing, dancing, playing games etc.) is highly essential in this busy life.


15. Enjoy the work entrusted to you either big or small. Dignity of labour is our motto.

 

16. Sincerely praise others for their achievements.

 

17. Help others and serve others in times of need.
