Anger is a temporary madness. Man becomes inhuman. Anger walks before downfall. An angry man’s face looks like a lion’s face. People afraid off to approach an angry person. The angry persons are suffering from Hypertension due to constant stress. Negative thoughts bring anger. Anger spoils relations among people.
How to manage and control anger?
1. Move away from that place or situation when you suspect that you are going to get angry.
2. Take plenty of drinking water.
3. Take deep inspiration and expiration frequently.
4. Count the numbers 1-50. (10 are not sufficient).
5. Remember the past events when you get angry and the bad effects you faced at that time.
6. See your angry face in your mirror; definitely you don’t like to see your angry face.
7. Pray to god to help you with good thoughts and peace of mind.
8. Meditation and self confidence help you control yourself.
9. Don’t jump immediately whenever anybody passes bad comments against you. Have patience.
10. Look at the innocent face of the child. Child face looks like a god’s face. We can see god in a child’s face.
If you follow the above 10 rules, you will be escaped from the ill effects of anger.
